I downloaded 2 bin/cue files for Sonic CD, one from a ROM website and one from some archive of all Sega CD games. I tried using IMGburn to write the CUE files onto a blank CDR and sometimes i can get it to start up and sometimes i can't. If i can get it running though there is no music, only sound effects.
